The purpose of this letter is to confirm that I have reviewed both the XXXXX Associates and Ken & Carol Lynch of John Hall & Associates Residential Lease Agreements.

After reviewing both Agreements in detail, the Ken & Carol Residential Rental Agreement and Property Management Contract are superior to the XXXXXX Associates documents. The Residential Lease provided by Carol Lynch contains almost the same language as any Office Lease form that I can provide to you. I have full confidence that you can execute any such Agreement from Carol Lynch.

I would highly recommend that you use Ken & Carol Lynch based upon the above reasons.

Please feel free to contact me or have me review the documents once you have completed them. At the very least, please send me a copy of all of the doucments executed so I can place them in your file.
